Insurance Requirement

All the inflatables are covered by £1m public liability insurance. It is a requirement of our insurance that you read and sign and abide by the terms of the rental agreement

Setup and Closedown

Setup - On the day we will arrive at the agreed time and will setup the Castle, Slide, Garden Game in the required location. We will require an area as large as specified in the product descriptions, flat, free from obstruction and preferably on grass (although we can cope with concrete, flagstones or hall floors by prior arrangement). For the inflatables we will also require a standard working electrical socket within 25 foot of the area.

Closedown- At the end of the event we will arrive at the agreed time, clean down the equipment and then pack up - leaving you to enjoy the rest of the day. 

Booking

We operate a nil deposit - nil cancellation fee policy, which means that you are able to book the castle, slide or garden game that you want today with no risk of a cancellation fee. If at some point in the future, you want to cancel - even on the day of the event - just ring us and we will cancel the booking.
